Guduchi is great ayurvedic remedy for fever and headaches. However in my experience you need atleast two capsules. One is not sufficient.

Recovering from a major Spine Surgery at C5C6 level, I have had enormous burning pain in both my forearms due to permanent damage to Ulnar and Median Nerves.
The doctors told me that further damage is arrested, but the earlier damage can’t be reversed. Living with a perpetual neurological pain is a disaster. But thanks to a combo of Canapain+ and Canaflam+ I am able to function almost normally.
