DESCRIPTION

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) commonly known as Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry or winter cherry, is an ancient Ayurvedic super herb.

Each 5gm contains Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root powder: 5gm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

DOSAGE: One or two teaspoon (3-6g) with warm milk or water once a day after food.

Rejuvination

In a clinical trial with healthy children, 2 grams of powdered ashwagandha in milk was given and experienced improvements in blood counts, body weight, and hand strength.

Physical Strength

In a study, participants receiving a standardized root extract of ashwagandha for eight weeks showed an increase in speed and muscular strength by nearly 10%.

Nowadays we work in highly stressful work environment. I was single for some time and it has affected my quality of life. After reading about ashwagandha I started taking one every morning. After 5 days I started seeing a lull in my head. Peaceful with no unnecessary thoughts.
I'm sleeping better. I feel refreshed upon waking up. When I reach home, even after working all day, I am in a very happy mood. Although it works, maintaining calm and peace requires human effort. It provides a foundation.

Very good product

After trying several other brands in the past, I can honestly say that this is the best Ashwagandha product I have tried. Effects are consistent and side-effects are non-existent. My stress levels are much lower than they have been in a long time. Would highly recommend this product!
