6 Ayurvedic Tips for Diabetes Management

1. TURMERIC TREATMENT

Eating regimented meals that contain less fatty foods thrice a day is very important. Try and avoid dairy products and opt for skimmed milk and low-fat yoghurt. Ginger tea helps stimulate digestion, which is very beneficial in reducing the excess of Kapha dosha (water and earth related) in your body. 

 

6. BE WISE WITH THE SPICE

There are many spices that have been acknowledged to show anti-diabetic properties. Asafoetida (Heeng), Turmeric (Haldi), Cinnamon (Dalchini), Mustard (Sarson) and Coriander (Dhaniya) have properties that help manage diabetes.
